The very initial interview was not verbal. I received an email with two attached. One of them was an aptitude test and the other was initial interview questions. If you do well on the test and your interview -questions answers sound appealing and matches their requirements you make it to the in-person interview. although I didn't make it through I do encourage everyone to apply as its a great company to work for and they have a very supportive community!
