They want to know what experience you have (of course) but aren't specifically looking for you to say you're a computer science guru. Mainly they want to get a sense of your character and work ethic. They might ask how you'd respond in some example situations regarding design or how you might interact with a client. They may show you a web site and ask for your opinion on usability or what alterations you might make, and why.
