Applied online, submitted my resume and took a quick personality test. Was asked to answer a few questions regarding social media. I was called a week later regarding the position and had a phone interview before being asked to come into the office for a one-on-one interview.

How would you explain Facebook to your grandparents in 100 words or less?
Casual, friendly, with multiple team members. I walked them through my resume then they started asking questions. Most of them were personality questions and a few based on experience. There was a lot of laughing and it felt really laid back.

Interview
There were a handful of people in the interview. Very friendly vibe though! Wasn't intimidating. The questions were easy and everyone wore casual clothes like jeans. Overall it was very positive, upbeat and a great vibe.
