Interview
The process was really weird, you meet with a few team members , you then meet the CEO who invites you come back for two more days to work with the team etc. At the end of both days, I was asked repeatedly
if I wanted to work there and then they ghosted me.
Lengthy interview process. Paid for shadowing the team for a couple days. People there a nice. The owners have a certain energy about them. The negative reviews are why I ultimately turned down their low ball offer.
