1. First interview 30 minutes videocall with HR including disclosing salary expectations
2. Second round online Test Gorilla assessment focusing on problem solving, analytical skills, project management, personality and cultural fit
3. Third round test debrief with HR and in-depth conversation with the hiring manager, total 1h30
Overall an interesting skill-based hiring process where I was provided with a deep insight into the company as well as the position, and I had the opportunity to present myself and my knowledge. I was also very satisfied with the level of communication from the hiring team and I felt informed at every step.
At the very end of the third interview I was told that my salary expectations were higher than their offer - I did disclose my salary expectations at the end of the initial screening so the second and third round was absolutely in vain in my opinion. After I countered via email following the third interview, I was literally ghosted. Up to that point it was a fairly great interview experience and I felt we built a good rapport but the ghosting ruined this image.
