I got an email inviting me to interview via Zoom. Logged on to the Zoom call and received a message that a high number of candidates were in the waiting room and they were working their way through everyone. When I was finally let in 15 minutes later, it was a group interview (which they did not tell me beforehand). The interview lasted all of 5 minutes and the questions were idoitically simple. Afterwards, I received an email that I'd move on to the next round. There is NO way that in a 5 minute group interview, they were able to assess which candidate was better. I spoke for all of 30 seconds total, and my answers were not significantly better than the other candidates. Their interview selection process is a joke. I was also put off by the surprise of the group interview. Decided not to move forward with them based on those reasons.
