Most interviews are no longer than one hour, and on some occaisions you maybe asked for a second/follow up interview which happens quite a lot in recruitment. In regards to the "Interview", the information provided is factual information, as we work with celebrities, you can attend fashion shows at fashion weeks, and there are private events to attend if invited. "Travelling every time" I do not understand this English. There maybe travelling to Russia, which is highlighted in interviews to ensure applicants are fully aware of the responsibilities as many people do not want to travel. Last thing we would do is hide the fact someone needs to fly to Moscow, then bring it up later. If your own reason for applying for a job is to pay for your travelling to Russia, then this is not the company for you I am afraid. In regards to Interview questions, I am fully aware there are more questions than what has been stated. Having access to potential clients is of course a benefit to any applicant, and potentially to the company. That is a win/win scenario, however, we do not make any decisions to employ candidates on whether they have a client or not. We never have, and never will. We are aware who this applicant is, and can assure you they are completely fake. We have supported many people from the Russian community over the years, with first jobs, internships and experience whilst studying on Visa's, however, we will no longer tolerate the abuse that we receive for our efforts. Constantly late to work, manipulative, could not write simple professional emails, lied about her progress, didn't sell one item in two months, didn't provide one client in two months, disruptive, and wouldn't succeed in a kindergarten. In essence, totally unmanageable, and completely unemployable. You would think someone who has their first job in UK would make a little effort, but unfortunately not.
