3 step interviewing process. I received an email stating they were interested and to hurry up because their interviews are closing soon.
Went in for a 15 min meeting, very basic, but it was a really nice office, polite receptionist and the interviewer was very professional, I had to wear business attire. He was very vague on the actual job duties, but the interview went well, I ended up getting a call later that day to come in the next day for an interview with an account executive
Came in the next day, the account executive took me to a coffee shop for a longer interview about the position and at the end, I finally was like "who are our clients? Where would we be doing this, a mall?" And he FINALLY said "door to door" which I was so alarmed by because it was nothing of what the job description stated. Not only door to door, 100% commission, crappy hours, no benefits and they basically want you to work 7 days a week.
After we returned, I had to fill out this test, I had no desire to continue with the process, so I asked to use the bathroom, collected my things and drove off.
This is a door to door sales position. They should really rethink their potential employees and just take whoever randomly from the street, desperate for a job.
