Did a couple interviews. I felt they were very unorganized and clueless. As I sit here writing this review, I am trying to remember all the things they screwed up in my (thankfully) short and limited experience with them... l was left a phone message to call them back, and they left me the wrong number. When I finally got a hold of this person she was adamant that she left me the right number, I certainly didn't argue (bad time to do that), but my phones transcription feature and a family member both confirmed that I was left the wrong number. I was also given crap directions to an interview location. I think my favorite one though was when an email message sent to me contained correspondence with another applicant below the message for me... identity theft anyone? I kind of decided (after getting a general idea of the pay/benefits/company/job, not to mention what seemed like non stop screw ups) that I would decline the job, but I never heard back. Just as well, and it certainly goes along the level of professionalism they demonstrated during the interview process.
The company certainly has a wonderful mission and I'm sure they help a lot of people, but they need to give their Human Resources department an overhaul. Oh, did I mention they still use paper applications? Something was mentioned as well about not utilizing technology to do things more efficiently so as to keep more people in a job... you lose contracts that way.
