I was recruited by a 3rd party company. Interviewed with the hiring manager virtually, then met with her in-person at the location. I met with a colleague who was recently hired for the same position at another location for 30 mins and then the hiring manager for 1hr. The conversation with the colleague was interesting. She was rude and curt. She had to leave within 30 minutes and was very abrupt with it. She didn’t review my resume and made assumptions about my experience. Clearly there was an obvious perception of the lack of inclusivity during that interview. Continue to work on the DEI efforts because it’s lacking.
