Reached out by phone then went on-site for a f2f interview. I followed back up with management and they NEVER got back to me about the status of the position!! Even sent a thank you note and didn't get a response back from anyone. YOU will NOT want to work for this company. It's a husband/wife operated business and the dynamics of the team threw me off.

Tell me about your operational change management experience
The interview process required multiple steps and interactions, that were all clearly explained and reasonable. I was able to contact all parties without issue. Once all steps and interactions were completed, wait time was very short to know if I was receiving the position.
The company had a good interview process, there was an initial phone screening interview and then a video interview with team members. Everyone was very friendly and had good questions during the interview.
