      Le processus de recrutement est le suivant : - D'abord, un premier entretien de motivation (environs 30mn) avec le CEO pour mieux comprendre les motivations du candidat à rejoindre l'entreprise, ainsi que son projet professionnel - Ensuite, un entretien technique (1h30mn) avec le CTO pour comprendre l'expérience professionnelle, la culture technique et les connaissance du candidat Suite à ces deux entretiens, une réponse est donnée, généralement dans les 10 jours.
