3-step interview process. 2 of them were by phone. Final one in-person. Fairly straightforward process. Need to show good communication skills and why you want to work in investor relations.

Interview
This was one of the worst phone interview I ever had. After asking me the first question, the guy put me on speaker and let someone else in the room listen to it, without ever acknowledging that another person - or more - was in the room. I noticed because after I answered, it took a little too long for him to switch back and keep the interview going. Now, I am not gonna say I aced the answer, I admit I did stumble once or twice, but any other seasoned HR person would have kept the interview rolling. Instead, the rest of the interview was basically him asking me if I had any more questions. After every answer to my question, he'd ask for more. After asking 10 or more questions, he once again asked if I had any more, at which point I told him I thought he may want to ask ME some questions since the interview was meant to get to know me. A waste of time.
