Super easy, 1st interview is very casual and done on the sales floor. Manager asked “why Do you want to sell dildos” 2nd interview DM did via zoom and he kinda tried to trip me up to see how I would respond. But if you’ve had a job in customer service before you know how to navigate the questions smoothly. Went well!
