Interview
First interview is a very short chat, just to get an idea of personality, say the right things, smile and be smart and they'll love you. They mislead you and tell you they work with huge brands such as Apple. Then invite you back the next day for an "Open Day" in which you just shadow a member of staff from 11.45am - 8.30pm. Long story short, this company is door to door sales for an energy comparison company, nothing more nothing less. I went on their open day only to be left in a different town with no method of getting back. From what I can gather they all have different company names, wether it is Swift Marketing, Lions Direct, Apex Aquisitions, they all seem to be the same and work under a company called Credico. They go on to tell you within a year you'll be earning £2k a week and you will be a manager, but it's door to door sales so is very commission based. Feel very mislead, wasted my time and money for parking and feel lied to. Would not recommend what so ever. Had they put "D2D" on the application anywhere I would not have even showed any interest. No marketing at all.

Interview
I arrived with enough time, got there earlier than expected. The manager still proved to be amicable and freed some time to accommodate. The interview itself was without stress and quite informative.

Interview
I went to the second interview with the team and I was really impressed by the fact that the manager I was paired for the day took time to explain the opportunity, the training and also showed me a stage of the business. Very excited to start
