Interview
The interview process was smooth and friendly. AT times I felt their communication should have been more effective and surely there is room for improvement in this area. Usually depeding on the position and candidate there could be a phone call as first step, followed by 2 or 3 rounds of interviews with last being with the management (again deending on position) and at times a written task.

How you would like to contribute to the company through this position?
Long and disfunctional recruitment process. Needed to have at least 3 interviews, only one of them happened. The other two were scheduled and cancelled 1 day or 5 minutes before the interview. However the only interview I had was quite nice.
