[SUPER POSITIVE) One of the greatest interview experience - albeit somehow I couldn't join them owing to another offer unfolding better in remuneration aspects.
Everyone was so kind, patient listeners with great sense of humour, trying their level best to make it a seamless interaction with the candidate, rather than a cold interview.
The head of technology that I had 2nd technical round with, is an amazing person, and absolutely skilled and knowledgeable, encouraged me for answers throughout our conversation.
So much that, after learning that I have another offer, both the Global head of Cocoabirch, as well as the chief tech officer, had such a positive and professional attitude towards my decision with utter respect and understanding.
I believe, working with such awesome folks is no less than a bliss, and I am hopeful of the tech stack and problems/use cases they hold wrt data engineering and backend/technology in general, too.

Interview
The Interview process was pretty straight forward the CMO asked decent questions regarding past experience and pay scale.
The next interview was with a senior technical guy, who had a very condescending tone, and whatever answer I gave him he was not satisfied with it. He asked me the difference between python and GO language and I explained it clearly but as a Python coder he was undermining everything.
He also said that he is not looking for an employee but a soldier who follows his each and every command which I felt like is not very employee friendly environment to work in.

Interview
Very pretentious - asked about my skills and basically told I am not good enough to be in the industry
The person interviewing me got the wrong time first and asked why I wasn't joining - no apology just moved on as if that never happened
told "what you are doing is ok but is so idiotic we see so many people like this who have no skills"
I was telling about a current project I am working on, cut me off to say "that's all great but we don't business knowledge just people who can code"
