Interview
Several phone interviews and then two on-site interviews, the last one with the hiring manager. Prior to the hiring manager, everyone was great and it seemed like it would be a nice place to work. When I interviewed with the peer group, it was them trying to understand what I had done and what I could do.

Question 1
The hiring manager was a typical Harvard MBA who thought he was smarter than everyone else. He seemed more interested in looking at the interview as a case study than understanding my capabilities. I wasn't ready for his approach and it caught me off guard.
