It’s a casual interview—no assignment. There will be a total of three interviews: one with the hiring manager, one with potential colleagues, and one with a stakeholder. After that, the hiring manager will reach out to your referrals. The hiring manager's questions will focus on your experience, while the colleagues will assess how well you might mesh with the team.
