Lithia & Driveway interview questions

Went through the first interview basically on the phone. Stated to me that the job is a $27,000 pay cut from my current position. Kind of wild for a supervisor that would be supervising a team of eight. I set up a second interview as I wanted to get some more info from the main manager. I was told to meet at a certain time and wait in the lobby for the manager to come down. The manager was late and never came down to grab me for the interview. Highly unprofessional, especially when you have a candidate that was even considering a $27,000 pay cut to join your team. Also, everyone in the lobby was extremely rude and didn't even acknowledge my existence. The vibe was horrible in there.

1st interview with sales manager 2nd interview with GSM 3rd interview with GM. very forward interview. they did not mention anything about the compensation plan until the very last interview. It was pretty easy. they just reiterate how lithia is a massive publicly traded organization.
