I met the CEO and key team members a number of times. There is a clear process in place for candidates at all levels. The team was great about giving feedback - I know now being on the team we try to give all candidates feedback on why they are / are not a fit. I met everyone on the team before I was selected. It was a thorough process and I know they interviewed a lot of other people. It took a bit of time because of the number of candidates that Emma had to review. Really authentic team and good people so they did their best to get it done efficiently. I also was able to have my visa sponsored - Tier 2 General.
