Phone Interview from Corporate Recruiter asking basic questions, where have you worked, background, skills, why did you leave last job. What are you looking for.
In Person Interview with Area Supervisor, basic standard questionnaire the use to screen people. The more in depth answers you can provide the better, passing interview requires certain amount of points.

Interview was fairly easy with recruiter trainer in Houston. If you can pass a felony background check and tell them you have management experience your hired.
