first a call / then a zoom call with director and managing director and final in person interview with director. Very conversational / organic conversation / personal not technical. Very good overall

Interview
Had the interview with the mananger which went very well. S/he was very pleasant and explained what the role entailed. I was then called for a second interview with the director which although I was offered the role, he seemed keen on having a negative attitude. Seemed like he was forcing it to be “tough”. And later was offered the job despite the fact that the director “did not like me” as he never likes anyone at first allegedly.
