My experience

My experience post interview was pathetic.
Recruiter was initially prompt in arranging a weekend drive. Interview was extremely easy, all textbook/GFG/LC easy level questions. On HM round, HM tried to throw a lowball offer, but I stood firm on the at least 30% hike.
Next day, got the shortlisting email for SDE-II, and the recruiter tried to negotiate a lowball offer. The base was less than what I was getting with the current company. Plus no ESOPs was involved in the offer. The TC they offered was just 2Lacs more than my current base. Reason recruiter said was "Financial constraint", and went on to trying to show me dreams of growth opportunity.
