I was interviewed on 21st feb for SRE GCP including 4 Technical Round and 1HR round after that got selected and got confirmation call . But after a week HR team not responding to the mail and call also and a month later they told me the Role which i was selected goes on hold

I was being interviewed for their hyderabad office but the interview is face to face interview in Bangalore since most of the candidates are in Bangalore. I was skeptical when they said it's face to face interview in Generative AI era. But I went and attended the interview. There were 100+ people applied for this role. There are even more people applied for other roles. They treated us like freshers and keep us waiting till 12:30PM (one guy interview is scheduled at 10AM, he reached the venue at 9:30 itself) very poor management. No one is giving any clear information. They are asking us to connect with the point of contact, POC is sitting somewhere else in Hyderabad, even the POC couldn't connect to the hiring management. And one more thing there was no arrangement of any refreshment (tea, coffee, they're planning to have interviews till 5PM and I don't think they'll provide lunch also) and most of the people are waiting from 11PM. Finally they called me at 1:30PM (my slot was scheduled at 11:30AM and I have reached at 10:30 itself), and they completely asked different compared to my experience. Somehow I was not showing any frustration then I came and looking for company reviews and interview experiences, all the reviews I have seen are negative reviews only. That made me post this review as well. I don't think they are serious with their recruitment. They just want to show to the government that they did recruitment to get tax benefits from the government

very easy and good with 3 rounds and the intervier was very good with the type of question asked and was soo good. also HR was kind and reponsive but the hiring took more than 2 months
