Fui contatada por uma recrutadora via linkedin, me chamou para uma entrevista em inglês com ela, nessa entrevista fez perguntas sobre meu processo de trabalho e minhas expectativas de carreira. Após isso fui chamada para uma entrevista com um dos designers que me fez novamente perguntas sobre processo de design. Por fim tive que preparar uma apresentação de dois a três projetos que me orgulhava de ter trabalhado e apresentar para o líder de design, e outros líderes de forma remota e em inglês. Tudo foi bastante rápido, tinha respostas muitas vezes no dia seguinte a cada etapa.

Interview
Interviewer approached me after 2 or 3 weeks after sending my resumé. I had 3 interviews, first one the Tech recruiter told me about Loadsmart and a little bit about the role. Second interview was with a Senior designer and a PM, I presented my portfolio and they asked me several questions about my design process. Third interview was with the Design Manager. The process lasted 3 weeks
