Beware of the Solution/Support Engineer team
If you're interviewing for the Technical Solutions Specialist or Solution Engineer role, be very aware that they are not interviewing to hire.
The candidate will be asked to go on multiple interviews and do several assignments, but in the end the candidate will be told that the org is restructuring the requirements of the roles after final interview.
Do not interview for these positions without a firm timeline of hiring and start date.
Initially interviewed for the technical support specialist position, but then was told in that final interview was overqualified so recommended to interview for the Solutions engineer position. After that final interview , was told no offer will be extended for either position because the org is restructuring the requirements for both. Waste of time and effort for over 4 weeks.
