Mostly unprofessional. Process took 2 months, HR was very hard to get a hold of, gave me very little notice when scheduling the interview (less than 24 hours). Gave me the general sense that they didn't respect my time. On site interview showed a lack of ability in this area, as it was a typical white-boarding session asking questions that had nothing to do with web development. Something you'd typically find from dinosaur banks, NOT from a company trying to be progressive. They really need to scrap these silly white-boarding questions as their "digital" incumbents (Scotia, Telus, TD, RBC, Rogers) are not doing this (very intentionally). Either way, I aced the interview and was given an offer which I declined just based off my interview experience, and instead chose to go with one of the other digital firms.
