      Web Analytics Manager Interview

      Apr 2, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Loblaw Digital (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2018

      Interview

I applied for the Web Analytics Manager position through a post on Linkedin. I was contacted by the Recruitment Specialist for a pre-screening phone call interview. The specialist was very friendly and described the role more in detail for me. The next step was setting up an in-person interview with the hiring manager. I appreciated that the hiring manager was accommodating with interview times, as I was currently working for a different employer and could only interview over lunch hours. I was invited back for a second round of in-person interviews, where I had three back to back interviews with three different people. The first was an interview with the hiring manager again, the second was with the Senior Director of Product Management and the third was with the Director of Marketing. Following those interviews, I was invited back to the Loblaw Digital office a third time for another in-person interview. This time it was with the VP of Marketing and Product Management. All together I had 6 interviews (1 phone, 5 in-person) and this was over the span of 8 weeks. Everyone that I interviewed with was very personable and they encouraged me to ask questions of my own if I was unclear about anything.
