Had a quick, informal phone interview while scheduling in-person interview. Went in for in-person interview that week. The in-person interview was... uncomfortable. I was interviewed by the owner and he has a very big personality, which is not a bad thing, but he wouldn't let me answer questions and dominated the conversation changing topics quickly to some that were not related to the job whatsoever.
