After showing up something alarmed me when all of the people there were 25 and under, it looked like most of them were fresh out of high school or college, very "hipster" looking with no senior professional types around. They were late getting me into the interview but were all around pleasant. They asked basic questions and I explained my technical background. Another red flag was their "CIO" had no idea what Office 365 was or any of the products Microsoft offered. I had to explain many of the technologies I utilized and was followed up with clueless looks and "what is that?" They also kept saying that the last guy there "left and it was a tragedy" yet would never follow up as to what happened. I was not offered the job due to my "personality didn't mesh" which makes me think that it was because I was old enough to be their dad and knew more than their CIO and technology dept. It is rather strange that their reviews dropped off in 2013 and picked up again in 2015-16 and were all stellar. There were too many red flags even if they offered the position.
