Went in for an in-person interview right away. Expect the interview to have a "getting to know you" portion as well as a technical portion. The first interviewer did not seem to have even glanced at my CV based on the questions she asked (i.e. "Do you have any work experience at all?" when there's a giant heading called "work experience" at the top of my CV). She told me about the company & its history then asked some questions about myself. All very normal/traditional interview style questions. Then, the technical interview was simply a generic form (which to me, again showed a general lack of care). It had mostly "trivia" type questions -- things you'd find quickly in a Google search -- rather than conceptual or reasoning type questions. It's probably easier that way, but there were lots of questions on topics I didn't exactly claim to know about, which I found more or less unusual. Try to have a basic knowledge of most areas of the field and you should do fine.
