Interview process took about 40 days across 4 rounds. Early conversations made it seem like I was the ideal fit and closely aligned with what they wanted. In practice, it felt more like they were fishing for ideas (as others here have noted). There also appears to have been yet another round of restructuring. A quick look into company health suggests ongoing product–market fit issues and multiple layoffs across functions. Frankly, there’s a noticeable technology gap at Logixboard—especially in APAC. If that isn’t addressed, the product risks fading into irrelevance in the region, and potentially beyond, since the customer focus is low and there aren’t any practical AI features yet.
