Interview
Thorough questioning and a 2-stage interview. First stage was with centre manager and 2nd stage was with both centre manager and regional manager. Numeracy and literacy competency test required before commencement of interview questioning.
Simple questions which are in relation to the role, will ask for cleaning experience which I was quite surprised by - interview will be followed up with another via zoom call.

Interview
I was invited to an hour long 1:1 interview that included a 20 minute maths and reading comprehension test. That was then followed by description of the role and questions about past experience and standard interview questions.
