I contacted them twice. once in Summer 2024 and once in fall of 2024. both times they were so willing to work with me and in person I had a great experience with them. however, look like they don't know much about what they need and how many people they will need to hire. so it was a waist of time. also, it would be nice to get back to people.

Interview
It was more like a conversation, no pressure, very enjoyable experience. We met near our job site and discussed my background and what my interest was in Lokal. It was not your stock interview with stock interview questions, we just discussed current industry challenges and what my goals were long term.
