      Aug 21, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Long Beach, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lomco (Long Beach, CA) in Jan 2013

      Interview

3 interviews minimum Phone In person In person First you send resume and cover letter Than you get a phone interview hr talks to you. My interview lasted an hour. If they like you, they email and invite you to another interview. It's usually with potential coworkers. If they like you as well, you have supervisors interviewing you. Depending on if they think you are a good fit or not they may ask you to come again. But overall, you won't do interview with other potential empoyees. They ask for role play so prepare for that
