2 interviews in one week and confirmation through phone, one was with a manger an area general manager and the second one was with 2 managers in their buildings, tested phone answering etiquette and email skills

I had one interview with a deputy managers than with general managers on another day. They were asking usual customer service and serviced office related questions. They e-mailed me straightaway after the first interview to have the second one next week. Both lasted for 20-30 minutes and the process was lasted for a week.
