London Metal Exchange interview questions

Multi-stage including conversational and behavioural questions. Interviews were an hour at each stage. No exercises or practical element. Prepared using the STAR technique. Interviewers were professional and engaging. Formal attire.

HR screening call, followed by 1st interview at LME with hiring manager and HR for one hour. 2nd interview with 2 other Business Analysts on Teams. Was asked to meet the hiring manager's manager again in person, but I couldn't join because I'm abroad that week. Reached out to the HR upon my return, got a response saying they are interviewing other candidate that week and aim to reach final decision by the end of the week. Got ghosted since then.
