Initially, a "Team" interview with my future supervisor (CFO) and future subordinate at the same time. Follow up interview was with CEO and COO and future supervisor(CFO). It was fairly typical.

Nothing extraordinary. Questions about working under pressure of deadlines, which is pretty much the nature of accounting. One or two technical accounting questions.
