Longchamp Partners interview questions

The interview process consists of 2 rounds, both with the partner of the boutique. The first round is a fit interview where you will be asked to explain your background, why you chose Longchamp Partners, and detail the different experiences you had. This round is conducted via Zoom. The second round is a technical interview, also with the partner. The questions asked mostly focus on EBITDA retraitement.
