I was only on the first interview for Product Manager. There was usual questions about previous experience in companies where I have worked, easy interview with HR about my personality, skills and experience.

Interview
A very disappointing and unprofessional experience with LotusFlare. The overall process took around six weeks and involved multiple rounds of interviews. The final round was conducted in person at the Pune office, for which I had to travel from another city. I successfully cleared all rounds, and even the final interview feedback shared by HR was positive.
However, despite the significant time and effort invested in the process, there was no follow‑up after the final round. The HR team did not respond to calls or emails regarding next steps. This lack of communication is highly unprofessional.
Even if other candidates were being considered, basic transparency and timely communication are the minimum expectations in such situations. Based on similar experiences shared by others as well, this seems to be a recurring concern.
Overall, it would have been more worthwhile to invest that time in upskilling rather than going through this process.
standard HR phone screening interview, asked standard questions to understand experience and see if requirements are met, would have met with the hiring manager next but did not make it past the first stage
