From the get go, the process was flawed which added to my anxiety before the interview. Applied for the position of Affiliate Marketing Lead for North America but instead got invited for an interview for a different position altogether. Tried getting clarification but never heard back from HR. On the day on interview, there was nobody to let me on the Google Meet call and had to message the hiring manager and he was kind enough to share another meeting link. It gets even more strange, the hiring manager, who btw has no idea on how affiliate marketing works, uses ChatGPT to ask me questions and off course since my answers were more tuned to real life scenarios The only good part about the entire hiring process was the hiring manager responding to my emails when HR completely stopped responding
