The process leading up to the interview was smooth and managed well. Upon arrival the staff were really warm, friendly, calming and understanding of the stakes of an interview for the interviewee. The interview went well and I had strong feedback however they withdrew the job as they weren't ready internally to decide the exact resource they need or were looking to fill which was disapointing.
