Co founders were super responsive after I applied to the role. I had a 30 minute phone interview and an on-site interview afterwords which were of average difficulty. During the interview process, they informed me that they had phone screened about 30 candidates, and brought in 15 for in person interviews, which to me sounded like too many candidates. After the on site interview, I did not hear back from them despite several attempts to reach out, and noticed that they had reposted the job with a lower title. Despite seeming like a great company and an opportunity for growth, I was incredibly disappointed to be ghosted by the team.
