First I had to complete a spec project brief where you are given a brief and tasked with creating a web design based off of it. After, I did an interview with the Director of Creative Service and the Human Resource Manager. The next round was a Culture fit lunch where I went out with potential co-workers. When I returned i spoke to my direct Creative Director, followed by an interview with the lead strategist, then followed by a final interview with the company President.
