The interview process was pretty straightforward. Over about three weeks, I had 3–5 conversations with different people in HR, including a recruiter, the hiring manager, and the Chief People Officer. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to, and the conversations gave me a good sense of the company.
After that many interviews, I think most people would expect things to go somewhere. I was definitely a bit disappointed and surprised that I didn’t get an offer, especially since I felt like the conversations went well. Overall, I’d say the experience was neutral—not bad, but not great either.
