A recruiter from the East Coast contacted. had a phone interview with a hiring manager. After many weeks I was contacted for a phase to phase interview with 2 managers. This was followed by a second phase-to-phase interviews with 4 people.

I applied through other source. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lumasense in Nov 2015
Interview
Last year I was contacted by this company's HR department through an unsolicited email. The person told me I had the experience they were looking for. At that time I was employed by another company. Approximately four months later I emailed them to see if the position was still available. They told me yes and scheduled a telephone interview. The person was satisfied with my answers and said they would forward my resume to their service manager and the manager would contact me soon to schedule a second telephone interview. After some time had elapsed I left a voice-mail message with the person in the HR department to notify them that their service manager still had not contacted me. This person in HR never returned my phone call or responded with an email. I never heard back from this company again. Rather unprofessional, to say the least.
