Interview was friendly, somebody from HR reached out...chatted with me on zoom about the usual screening type bio questions. I then took a tech quiz of sorts online. After that, I met with one of the partners via zoom....unlike some of the other comments here, I found him to be straightforward. We chatted alot of database design and where I wanted my career to go. Lightly technical at best for this part...or so it felt. Lastly, I spoke to the partner who must run technology there. We spent about 25m bouncing around my resume and my ambitions, and then he had me design an app architecture on the fly with him. It was a unique way of technical interviewing I hadn't seen before, and made me panic a bit...but it was cool to see it unfold in retrospect. He then asked me about a few algo concepts, many relating to some mix of Rabin Karp. Was friendly, and he told me they would be in touch within 2 weeks. I got an offer a few days later via email, somewhat unexpectedly.
