I'd been looking for a great place to work for two months. I just chose the best alternatives that appear to me. I think I had nearly 15 interviews during those months and I can for sure affirm Clevertech was the clearest and quicker one. I had the first screening on a Wednesday and the following Tuesday I was signing the final offer. It took three interviews and a Coding Challenge.

It was a coding challenge where you have to develop a small application within the 3 hours they gave you.

It was quick and resolutive, they like to see experience, real-life projects, and they ask some tricky questions to confirm knowledge. I would do it again, but now with AI I don't know how it is.

Interview
First interview is a small talk with a HR person, pretty quickly and straight.
Then you receive a link for a platform where you have to clone a github repository and try to fix the broken tests. I usually don't like to do tests at platforms but this one worked pretty well. Really tested my knowledge about a real application
Second interview was a tech talk, to understand more about yours experiences.
