Interview
Fun group activity with dances and storytelling activities. If you progress to the next stage, then there's a 1 on 1 interview. They'll get in touch with you if you progress to the next stage. At this stage they'll explain the park's values and is basically an induction than an interview.
This interview process was very weird. It involved lots of strange questions and involved dancing and bird movements. Staff hiring didn't know what they were doing and were very childish.

Interview
Luna Park holds auditions for their seasonal workers. Everyone can show up and there are 2 rounds. The first round is a group audition where you have to show your personality by doing group activities such as dancing, imitating animals, talking about your favorite object in the world. If you pass this round you go on to a one-on-one interview with the departement supervisor.
